Job Description
We are in need of a Posting Clerk to help with the administrative work at our fast-paced firm. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail who is able to analyse incoming legal documents, sort and file them according to company protocol and ensure that all filing deadlines are met. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing his or her time well and working efficiently within a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with legal documents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain security of computer network.
- Administer network user accounts.
- Implement and maintain system upgrades.
- Provide technical support to other users.
- Monitor system activity for any possible security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Maintain contact with the regional network administrator to ensure that connections are properly protected.
