Job Description
This role acts as a primary point of contact for the network of European office managers and provides process, documentation, and project support to the Europe Corporate Services Team. This role is responsible for managing asset data to enable planning and risk management, assuring that facilities management and real estate services are compliant with policy and regulatory requirements.

Maintains European property portfolio data in partnership with the European office managers and facilitates development and improvement of operational reporting monthly

Facilitates quarterly reviews with Global Corporate Real Estate and CS Europe directors to ensure all required asset details (capacity, floor plans, etc.) are up to date

Supports management of remediation plans including target completion dates and progress to completion, escalating to VP Corporate Services Europe as required

Provides statistics and progress reports on service performance and objectives for Corporate Services Europe

Supports property lease management process through coordination/submission of Lease Document Transmittal forms to Global Corporate Real Estate with or on behalf of CS Directors

Supports Corporate Services Europe leaders with response to any/all requests for information from Global Corporate Services

Establishes and coordinates monthly European Office Managers forum, gathering feedback and working with Corporate Services directors to establish action plans.

Manages ad hoc projects under guidance of directors

Supports Corporate Services directors in developing and implementing any/all necessary new steady state operational processes Participates in annual Crisis management / Business Continuity Management exercise, tests, activation, and facility co-ordination

Responsible for document management to ensure efficient maintenance of all key Corporate Services documentation i.e. real estate transaction documents, facilities management control documentation, health and safety records, permits, process playbooks etc.

Assists with preparation for internal and external audits
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing real estate or asset related datasets
- Prior experience with operational or performance reporting
- Ability to apply knowledge to identify problems and to create solutions
- Good working knowledge of data software programs, data management and data presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in a global environment with different cultures and backgrounds
- Desire to enhance data accuracy and integrity (attention to detail)
- Able to independently manage projects under the guidance of team leaders
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization up to Vice President across multiple European markets
- Ability to work collaboratively with many different parts of the business
