The role would suit a candidate with a degree in a numerate subject (or equivalent), and involves providing accurate, insightful and timely reporting of performance across the business. Alongside this, the role supports the identification and tracking of business improvement initiatives by undertaking descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis. Transforming data into insight, using various techniques, to inform evidence-based decision making focussed on achieving the business objectives.
Location can be Cardiff or Swindon.

1. Production of accurate reporting packs and information for management reviews in a timely manner.
2. Development and production of the Power BI self-service reporting suite in a timely manner, maintenance, data security at all times.
3. Support business performance impact assessment of change / investment programmes and track benefit realisation.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement through data driven analysis and discussions with business partners.
5. Develop predictive and prescriptive models to inform decision making.
6. Development of short and long term forecast models to inform business planning.
