Vita was founded to reduce the impact of boating on the marine environment through the development of an all-electric and integrated ecosystem of high-performance electric powertrains and fully electric boats, supported by dedicated marine supercharging infrastructure.

The Role

Vita is now hiring for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will provide efficient and responsive administrative support to the company whilst working closely with the CEO, in line with the needs of the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will involve: VITA

- Support operational managers including some diary management and meeting co-ordination.

- Arrange all employee travel, including flights, transport and hotels

- Assistance with projects and project administration

- Provide general office administration support including organising office facilities and being a point of contact for stakeholders and colleagues

- Serve as the primary point of contact to all visitors and stakeholders

- Assist in the planning of logistics and shipping of vessels and goods

- Support with HR related matters including recruitment, onboarding and general admin

- Manage corporate credit card for office and travel purchases including expenses

Your skills and qualifications:

- Excellent people, interpersonal, customer services skills and ability to anticipate the team needs

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an organised manner

- A positive, can do attitude, comfortable working with staff at all levels throughout the company

- Flexible and adaptable approach, able to manage a broad range of tasks which are sometimes ad hoc in nature

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- IT skills – proficiency with Microsoft package software

- Office management experience would be desirable

This role will be based in the UK but may require some international travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
