Our Trading Compliance team, based at our head office in Surbiton, manages and shapes all aspects of health & safety, food safety, fire safety, age restricted sales and environmental protection policy within Lidl. You will be supporting our colleagues and ensuring safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Integrating effectively with our senior management teams to lead compliance and to ensure high colleague engagement across our sites.
You will play a vital part in ensuring that we meet our regulatory requirements, ensuring the safety of all colleagues, customers and contractors within our stores, warehouses and offices.
We offer a comprehensive training and development plan which will give you the skills to perform your role and therefore welcome Environmental Health graduate applications or applications from those who have recently completed their NEBOSH General Certificate.
We have moved to a fully flexible model of mobile working for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. Please note that your primary place of work will be at our brand-new office in Surbiton, with frequent travel across Great Britain required.
