Applicants must provide evidence of their right to work in the UK as BPP is unable to provide visa sponsorship
Do you want to help students make their first steps towards achieving their true potential? This could be the job for you…
You will be the single point of contact for students at BPP, which is why you’re so important – you’ll be starting a relationship that could last a lifetime. The stronger that relationship, the more likely they are to become a registered student, and that’s win-win because you’ll receive regular bonuses for outstanding performance, so you’ll thrive on working to targets.
What you’ll be doing
You will spend your day speaking to prospective students, answering their questions about learning with BPP, and matching their needs to one of our programmes.
You will be a BPP programme guru, matching the right courses to the needs of the student and enrolling students on the call, handling applications efficiently and sending out confirmations within agreed SLAs.
You will maintain relationships with prospects, students and enquirers through regular calls and emails, and keep accurate records of all communication.
Choose a better work-life balance
With hybrid working available, you’ll be able to split your time between one of our centres and wherever you choose to call home. Either way, you’ll benefit from a vibrant workplace and a culture that believes in looking after others, while being part of a diverse workforce where difference is celebrated. In addition, you’ll work alongside other like-minded professionals who champion progress, while having opportunities to develop in an environment where creativity and innovation is rewarded. On top of a competitive salary, we provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 28 days, and there’s a rewards package that includes retail discounts, Group Personal Pension Plan, dedicated healthcare and dental plans that offer additional assurance to look after you and your family. Brilliantly, you can also study any of BPP’s courses for free – be it a professional qualification or full degree.
