Overview:
Field Manager – Nespresso
£25,525 + the potential to earn an additional £2,700 in performance bonus (OTE £28,225) plus other benefits including Nespresso coffee machine with 50 free capsules per month*, awesome discounts and annual leave purchase
Working days: Thursday to Monday (40hours per week)
Ideal location: you will be field based and cover our South West Region which includes locations such as Cardiff, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Exeter and more.

Wave represent brands across multiple retail, event, and experiential environments, creating exciting and inspiring brand experiences for customers which increase engagement, help the customer and drive sales.
Weekly you will spend a minimum of 3 days in the field with other days at home, in training or working with other Managers. You will manage a team of Coffee Advisors who represent Nespresso within retail stores (John Lewis & Currys). You will work closely with your team, visiting them in store & meeting with each Coffee Advisor every 4 weeks. You will lead, coach, and support your team whilst creating awareness of key campaign focus areas and building your own network of retailer relationships to deliver insight and expertise.

Who are we looking for?
You will manage the employment journey, from onboarding and training right through to performance management and helping your team to recognise their potential. So, you will ideally have Team Leader or Line Management experience. Alternatively, you may be looking for that next step in your career having had opportunities to step up and take on additional responsibilities in your current role.
You will also be comfortable and competent training and delivering coaching, ideally both on a 121 and 1 to many basis.

Please note this role requires a driving licence with no more than 6 points or previous bans. This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel, sometimes driving distance. Overnight stays may be required on occasion.
