Role: Bank Support Worker
Locations: Covering Ilford and Manor Park, you must be able to work at both locations.
Salary: £10.10 per hour
Shifts: 7:30am-3pm,2:30pm-10pm & 10pm-7:30-8am.
Contract: Bank and requires to be able to work weekends
You must have 12 months experience within a care environment

Services
We have residential services for adults with Learning Disability, Autism needs & Behaviours that may be described as challenging. Individuals are adults and our aim in these services is to develop skills, independence and confidence as fully as possible both at home and in the community.
Support Worker duties:
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
