We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team. If you are passionate about hospitality and have experience in Finance in a busy hotel or restaurant environment then we want to hear from you.
The main duties involve:

Maintain a procedure necessary to verify the accuracy of all revenue posted through Opera and Micros, and adjustment postings

Review Paymasters and Open Folios on a daily basis and ensure they are checked out in a timely manner

Communicate updates with Membership Department
-
Review chargebacks on a daily basis to ensure a response is send to the bank within given deadline
-
Maintain and ensure that all the Hotel commission claims/invoices are thoroughly checked and processed for payment on a weekly basis

Answer and resolve in a timely manner all queries from agents regarding commission and any queries
