We are in a joint venture with Connect Plus Services, Balfour Beatty and Atkins. Connect Plus Services is responsible for operating and maintaining the M25 network, including all adjoining trunk and slip roads on behalf of Connect Pus and National Highways.

We are now looking for an Asset Management Office Graduate to join us. This will be a fantastic opportunity to participate in a Graduate rotation programme, embedding yourself within various business streams for a predetermined period to provide exposure and develop a well-rounded skill set with diverse business knowledge.
Responsibilities

To support in the development, and implementation of Asset Specification and Operational Standards (ASOS) alongside asset management strategies to deliver efficient and effective maintenance and renewal activities

Analyse data from a wide range of sources and generate reports as required

To provide input into the Production of the Asset Management Forward Plan (AMFP) to continuously develop and improve the 5- and 30-year programme to demonstrate the management of condition in order to meet hand back requirements

To identify and embrace change and promote innovations as the key to continuous improvement

Proactively establish relationships and dialogue with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and its stakeholders and when applicable, provide support to the AMO management team with regards to Freedom of Information Requests (FOI) and technical queries
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel

An understanding of the importance of presentation skills, including the utilisation of visual tools to communicate outputs to various levels of the business and external stakeholders

Familiar with the concept of key performance indicators

A general understanding of asset management systems

Willingness to apply skills to new and evolving asset management systems and tools
