We are looking for an exceptional full-time Sales Associate, to join our brand in our fun and fast-paced concession in the West End of London.
If you are a fashion forward individual with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector, you could be just the person to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
- Advise on appropriate types of jewelry and suitable combinations of piercings
- Process sales with the highest level of accuracy
- Deliver detailed explanation of piercing aftercare to clients
- Drive sales by increasing average spending and customer retention
- Liaise with the sales team and piercers to offer excellent styling advice to clients
- Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledge
- Support VM standards in store
