We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Brand & Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Income Generation directorate. You will join us working 35 hours per week for a period of 6-9 months and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £51,301.33 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of adoption and homing centres, volunteer-run branches, and charity shops. During 2021, we helped 137,000 cats and kittens. That's the equivalent of around 375 cats a day!

Responsibilities of our Lead Brand & Marketing Manager:
As Lead Brand & Marketing Manager you will support the Head of Brand & Marketing on the redevelopment of the Cats Protection brand and define and scope organisational marketing requirements and opportunities to support the delivery of our 10-year strategic ambition.
What we’re looking for in our Lead Brand & Marketing Manager:
- Significant experience of working across an organisation to guide and support the achievement of coherent external messaging and a strong brand identity
- Experience of working collaboratively across an organization to deliver a focused and coherent brand to key audiences
- Experience of managing a team delivering marketing plans and activity and achieving measurable impact
- Experience of measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
