We are currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Income Office team, on a full time and ongoing basis. This role may be of particular interest to someone with some customer care experience and strong IT skills.
As Income Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of clerical duties and cashiering functions to ensure the efficient and timely collection of fees. In this small, supportive team, you will work collaboratively and efficiently to manage an extremely busy workload, striving for completion of tasks by deadlines to ensure continuity of service.
What will you be doing, day to day?

Receiving and responding to requests from students who require a status letter for financial requirements

Performing a range of cashiering and counter duties to assist with the collection and recording of monies received

Reconciling daily credit/debit card payments and enter into Agresso in an accurate and timely manner

Providing clerical duties in the Income Office to ensure the smooth running of the department
What are we looking for?

GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent

Ability to display a good level of numeracy with a strong attention to detail

the ability to work flexibly under pressure and to manage multiple tasks
