We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.
Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3,000 transfers, and we are proud that today over 650 clubs across 100 leagues in 60+ countries are accelerating their success on the platform.
Role
TransferRoom is looking for a highly motivated graduate to join us on our mission to change the football transfer market for the better. This is an entry level to begin with and will suit someone who has aspirations to progress their career within data analytics. No day will be the same working on a multitude of research projects and supporting the business from a commercial and data perspective.
Outcomes
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into a centralized database
- Assist and perform data cleanses and administration support
- Ad hoc administration support tasks for football clubs and agencies
- Desk research and information sourcing for football industry topics
Characteristics & Experience
- Educated to degree level in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).
- Data driven with an analytical mindset. Organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with Spreadsheets (Excel / Google sheets)
- Good IT skills, numerically driven and motivated to achieve set targets
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communications skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience with data entry or data analysis (SQL or other) a plus
- Previous experience working with CRM system e.g. HubSpot a plus
