DK Learning - Affiliate Relationship Executive
Salary between £30k - 32k
Your Role:
The Affiliate Relationship Executive is responsible for setting up and overseeing the day to day of our educator affiliate and influencer program. This role will focus solely on partnerships, affiliates and education influencers to build brand awareness and grow sales in the education market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and grow the Phonic Books affiliate and program and commercially advantageous partnerships to achieve KPIs
Owning the affiliate and education influencer marketing strategy for the business to generate demand, drive website traffic and acquire new customers
Help identify appropriate talents or organisations for potential partnerships
Proactively identify and capitalise on growth opportunities by building new affiliate partnerships
Foster strong relationships with partner organisations, influencers and affiliates
Writing briefs and managing the process to ensure affiliates and influencers have all necessary assets and pre-publication material for review in a timely manner
Collect and review content submissions
Update affiliates and influencers on new publishing, marketing campaigns and content
Work with the wider marketing team to ensure affiliate activity is maximised across all channels: website, social media, email, events
Manage program budgets and forecasts
Raising POs and handling invoicing to ensure all creators are paid on time
Weekly and monthly reporting
Be a keen networker and confident to communicate with people from all levels
Planning and attend events globally
Good knowledge of social media landscape

Relevant Experience
Good looks like: Knowledgeable and experienced in education or educational publishing, with some experience of influencer/affiliate programmes, relationship building & marketing processes

Good looks like: Excellent at communicating and have the ability to work well alone as well as collaborate with others across the business. A natural relationship builder that seeks out connections
Strong Commercial Mind
Good looks like: Able can spot good opportunities and negotiate to get the best deal on all activity
