Job Description

Job Title: Inventory Controller
Reporting to: Inventory Manager

Objectives of the job:
To maintain stock integrity in warehouse and across all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out OOS investigations using physical checks, WMS and Trinity to maintain service levels.
Generating Cycle counts. Ensure every location gets counted at least 4 times in 12 months.
Perform Audit counts and Reconciliations between two systems.
Interdepots Reconciliations. Investigating depots shortages/overs. Issuing credit/booking stock out. Ensuring there are no outstanding discrepancies older than 30 days.
Daily investigating and resolving QA locations. Being aware of stock issues within the warehouse.
Manual Keg Cycle Count.
Bonded and POS stock take.
Maintain item footprints, dates, attributes, pick faces.

Key Skills:
Knowledge of WMS and Trinity systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
Good teamwork skills
Good communication and relationship building skills
Use of Scissor lift track
