The Front Office department is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Night Receptionist to provide guests with outstanding service in this stunning hotel. The Night Receptionist will assist the Night Manager in the smooth running of the hotel during the night ensuring a highest level of guest service and being responsible for the nightly reconciliation, compiling and distribution of reports.
The usual working hours for the Night receptionist role starts at either 9:45 pm – 5:45 am or 10:45pm – 6:45 am, 40 hours per week, 5 days on 2 days off, days off might fall different days of the week.

Key responsibilities of the Night Receptionist will include:
- Checking guests in and out in accordance with the law and hotel standards
- Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
- Handling reservation enquiries
- Reconciling banking at the end of each shift
- Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
- Assisting with Food & Beverage service during the night
