Semi-Independent Support Worker
Trinity Healthcare is a Semi-Independent Supported Living Organisation located within East London and has homes within the immediate surroundings areas.
Trinity Healthcare are looking for Support Workers with proven experience to support young vulnerable adults aged 16 to 24 years of age within a mixed home and standalone units. Trinity Healthcare have a number of homes supporting young people 24 hours a day with varying ages and vulnerabilities. Ideal Candidates must possess the ability to be able to work on their own initiative and lone work. The successful candidates must possess strong leadership skills and be able to engage with young people and professionals alike in a calm and professional manner.
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communicational skills and must be able to navigate around a computer/laptop and be proficient in the use of IT, successful candidates will be responsible for updating Support Plans, Daily Logs, emailing professionals and produce comprehensive weekly/monthly reports. Other duties will involve Key Work Sessions both within and outside of the home, supporting Educational and Employment needs and accessing external services that the young people may require, getting involved in recreational activities inside and outside of the accommodation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
