We have an exciting opportunity within our Train Presentation Team for a Train Presentation Working Team Leader based at Colchester
The Role
Within this role you will be responsible for providing clean, safe, and presentable trains through the direct management of Train Presentation team at Crown Point Depot. You will ensure that a high standard of train cleanliness is achieved on all interior and exterior train units operated by AEA through the daily monitoring of work in progress, finished work, and assessing the competency of presentation staff to required standard.
You will also be responsible for the delivery of company objectives with regards to safety, performance, reputation, customer service and costs whilst following AEA values genuine, professional, inclusive, and pro-active.
The Train Presentation Department operates 24 hours a day so full flexibility will be required for the undertaking of late and night shift.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a similar role is essential and knowledge of train cleaning processes and methodology highly desirable.
You should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Application knowledge (Word, Excel) and have excellent oral and written communication skills. The successful applicants will be able to deliver under pressure and be adaptable to changing priorities.
