We also respect our staff have a life outside of work and therefore would't let you know on a sunday what you are working on Monday. We publish our rotas 4 - 8 weeks in advance, so you can make plans and get a healthy work life balance.

We are passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting customers to reach their goals of a healthier lifestyle, by stopping smoking.
Although knowledge of vaping is a bonus, it is not a requirement to vape or have retail experience to apply. You will need the ability to pick up product knowledge and demonstrate a patient friendly approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- Deal effectively and efficiently with customer queries
- Helping customers find the appropriate products to suit their Vaping needs
- Processing transactions through the till
- Processing returns
- Ensure high standards are kept within the store
- Ensure the store is always well stocked as well as clean and tidy
Key Skills you will need for the role:
- Over 18 only due to the nature of the product
- Excellent people skills with an outgoing and friendly approach
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive with a can-do attitude Numerate and IT competent
- Drivers licence is preferred but not essential

- Fulltime contract 35 Hours per week
- (Mon-Sun) 4/5 days over 7
