Administrator required for Grangemouth
Tasks to include but not limited to the following:-
Assist Bilfinger management with managing and recording all staff and employee training records

Manage, update and maintain training requirements matrix and records showing certificate/training expiry dates

Provide cover and support to site admin for time writing and buying functions

Maintain electronic supporting forms and registers

General administration, maintain filing systems and control of general data.

Control and update holiday chart ensuring transparency of approved holidays for staff

Ensure notice boards are up-to-date
Also to act as fire warden at Regional office
