Business Support Officer
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Brightspace, Ipswich – Regular travelling around the county is required
Term: Permanent
Salary: £27,610 per annum

Community Action Suffolk (CAS) is a well-established and highly regarded infrastructure organisation for the Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector. Our mission is to strengthen and champion community action in Suffolk by supporting the VCFSE sector in its work.
About the role
We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our friendly team to support Suffolk’s Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise sector.
You will provide strategic business support advice to a wide range of organisations and groups. You will have good knowledge of business and legal structures, be able to analyse and present options clearly, and support organisations to ensure they are run in a safe, effective, robust and sustainable manner.
This role is suitable for an enthusiastic person with sound business acumen, attention to detail and a can do attitude. You will be a flexible communicator able to support a wide range of people from established organisations to start ups.
