Company Description
Chubb now has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Broadgate, Chadderton. The main goal of this role is to provide general administrative support to enable the smooth and effective running of the service team. You will assist the Operations Manager in the provision of a superior level of customer service.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a good general background in administration ideally from a service / engineering background (not essential)

Be customer focused with extensive phone-based customer service skills

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work to deadlines.

Possess strong IT skills across Word, Excel and Outlook

Have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Have the ability to prioritise and work well in a fast-paced environment

Work well a part of a Team.
