Job Description
Collate and deliver financial reports to enable senior executives to track the Group’s performance against its strategic objectives. Assist with the development and implementation of the Group’s financial digital dashboard that will streamline reporting deliverables.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant registered with the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA)
Experience:
3-4 Years in financial accounting and financial reporting

Delivering timely, high quality management reporting that provides key insights and aids the decision-making process for Standard Bank Group.

Reporting deliverables include:

Preparation of the monthly flash report submitted to the Group Financial Director that discloses the performance of the various business units and highlights the key performance drivers.

Analyse relevant financial data to develop key insights for the perusal of senior management.

Produce all reporting disclosures:
-
Detailed Analysis of Financial Reporting (DAFR).

Analyst Booklet.
-
Annual Financial Statements.
-
Income Statement and Balance Sheet segmental.

Assist in setting up the planning/white board meetings in order to develop the plan for the Internal Reporting process. Engaging with the various business units and functional areas in this regard and throughout reporting process. These business units, functional areas and stakeholders include:

Investor Relations

Corporate Governance

Group consolidations
-
Group Tax
-
PBB, CIB and Central function business units
