Due to upcoming retirement, we are looking for our next
Dealer Systems Support Analyst to support the Business Systems team with Systems and Portal administration, and application access (levelled) for the Market Company and Dealer Network users across the UK and Ireland. We are in the fortunate position that we anticipate that there will be sufficient time for a thorough handover before our colleague retires in the summer which means our new starter will be fully supported and trained.
The role is based at the Renault Trucks UK & Ireland head office in Warwick. Our hybrid working model means that you can spend 50% of your time working from our office in Warwick and 50% working from home.
JOB SUMMARY
To provide professional systems and portal support and application access to all Dealer network and Market Company users in UK & Eire. This includes supporting and facilitating all user access requests and managing the administration of all portals and systems and supporting the charging and invoicing process.
You will take pride in providing excellent customer service and support to all employees, dealers and where appropriate, customers.

This role sits within the Renault Trucks Business Systems department. We are a small team, all based in Warwick, consisting of a Renault Information Systems Manager, a Dealer Systems Manager & this position, reporting into the Head of Dealer & Information Systems. We have a significant period of service between us which means we are ideally placed to support a newcomer develop into this role.
JOB ROLE-
Manage, support & administer all Group Truck portals & systems

Facilitate & manage the support desks, including third party providers

Manage the dealer recharge and invoicing process

Provide first class support and assistance to business users in the effective use of applications & technology

Ensure all work & changes are performed in such a way as to minimise disruption to existing business and is inline with Volvo Group IT policies

Support the Business Systems team by providing cover for holidays and absence
