Headed up by Chef Patron Alex Aitken, with a philosophy of fresh, seasonal and local, dine from the popular ’15 Mile Menu’, or enjoy ‘Friday Fizz ‘n’ Chips’.
Seamlessly blending character with contemporary design, the hotel’s 20 bedrooms have been carefully restored in true Georgian style, making you feel relaxed, comfortable and surrounded in luxury.

The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join the restaurant team. As Waiter/Waitress you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential
