Job Description
This position coordinates the implementation of the Company’s business development strategy by identifying and evaluating viable opportunities, leading the contract procurement process, and cultivating collaborative relationships with other firms.
Summary of duties:
1. Monitor, assess, and track new Construction Management and Project Management opportunities
2. Attend pre-proposal meetings to meet the client, obtain pertinent information about the project and meet competing prime and subcontractors
3. Support annual business growth objectives by winning transportation contracts
4. Prepare proposal/SOQ per ROQ/RFP requirements
5. Develop relationships with other companies to generate potential business development prospects
6. Attend weekly company bid meetings
7. Communicate with the primes on a daily basis
8. Talent acquisition
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration
2. Proven experience with the RFP/RFI contract procurement lifecycle, timeline and components
3. Knowledge of business development and processes and best practices
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong organizational and coordination skills
6. Ability to successfully handle several tasks, projects and monitor schedules concurrently

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
