About the role
Working within a team of Group Coordinators, your role is to to progress the organisation of our trips working closely with an Account Manager to ensure our customers receive a great experience through seamless communication at every step of their journey. It's an opportunity to learn, grow and develop a career within a growing sector within the travel industry.
About the skills, knowledge and experience we’re after
We’re looking for brilliant front of house customer service experience combined with a great ground in office administration with an aptitude for systems including a good business knowledge of all MS applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Strong organisational skills are also essential as are excellent all round communication skills with a great telephone manner. Ideally you will have had some prior experience within travel or leisure.
Other skills which would impress us are fluency in any European languages (ideally French, Spanish or Italian) with wide ranging knowledge of both European and International destinations.
About the person
First and foremost you will have a positive, can do and helpful approach whomever you come into contact with - taking pride in delivering your work to a high standard with superb attention to detail. It goes without saying that you should also be able to communicate your passionate for travel and be keen to experience and learn more about our products; you may even have grown in confidence having lived and/or worked overseas.
