Job Description
Our client is looking for a talented and driven manager to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager (Co-Living) will be the first point of contact and face of the Marketing Team, working alongside the Senior Team at their Build to Rent (BTR) sister company. This role will require an experienced and creative marketer who is able to manage regular and seasonal campaigns, in addition to providing comprehensive activity and attribution reporting for our flagship property in London. The incumbent will be supported by a full-time graphic designer and will liaise regular with on-site sales and property management teams. Regular travel to our properties in London will be required.

You will need to be adaptable and respond well to changing priorities. You will often be the first point of contact and will need to provide the highest level of customer service, whilst ensuring the appropriate processes are followed and all key stakeholders are engaged.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Effectively oversee the marketing implementation for our flagship BTR property in London.
Recommend cross-channel marketing techniques to reach and attract new residents.
Support sales through on-site events, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
Co-ordinating & execution at industry events, erecting the stand and ensuring the relevant marketing materials are accessible for the event.
Ensuring and monitoring success of events and reporting back on ROI and performance.
Coordination of delivery of event items across different areas of the business.
Messaging/content – either on our social channels or on 3 rd party advertising campaigns understanding the audience is imperative – writing engaging content will form part of the role.
Good understanding of social media platforms with ability to plan upcoming content and keeping an eye on up-and-coming trends.
Track resident demographics and behaviour to ensure you are targeting activity accordingly.
Track key marketing questions and present results on a regular basis, how did the resident come to find the property? Why did they book? Create activity to respond.
Keep abreast of current trends in the accommodation market with regular competitor analysis.
To be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues.
Monitor the marketing support inbox and answer enquiries.
VERY IMPORTANT – Track lead generation and ROI on all marketing activity.

Skills
Must have exceptional written English skills.
Proven track record of working on cross-channel and email marketing campaigns.
Experience with digital; website, social and email marketing campaigns.
Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively withing a creative team environment.
Highly organised.
Negotiation skills.
Presentation skills – confident presenter.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels effectively.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential
Educated to degree level in marketing, or demonstrable experience in a busy marketing role.
At least 3 years working in a marketing environment with a proven track record.
Experience of national campaigns, tacking and delivering ROI.
Experience in working with 3 rd party suppliers/agencies/partners.
An eye for engaging fresh branding and an understanding of young professionals.
Ability to travel to our co-living properties (in London) 2-4 times a month.
Desirable
Experience in a marketing role in the co-living sector.
Experience in delivering national & regional campaigns.
Experience in a traditional & digital marketing role.
Experience in project management.
