About the roles
Working as part of the Education and Student Support team, this post will be based within the Education Support team on the Streatham campus, as part of the Building One Hub team.
All staff within Education Services are expected to work on-campus as well as from home, on a rota basis. All new external appointments will be asked to work from campus for up to 5 days per week, whilst training is completed.
The position of Education Support Assistant offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career as an administration and customer services professional. The University is looking for dynamic and committed individuals who have the required experience and skills to join our busy student facing teams.
Working as part of a cross-Faculty team you will provide advice, guidance and administrative support to students and staff in all matters relating to our taught programmes of study at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The available posts will have responsibilities that will need to be flexible across the service and the post may be deployed to provide support at other Information Point locations within the University.
About you
You will have experience of working flexibly both as part of a team and independently, to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. You will have excellent customer service skills and experience of administration work, as well as experience of working in a culture of change and growth.
