We are now recruiting for a Trainee Reliability Engineer to join our team!
In this role, you will be liaising with the warranty team to supply reliability forecasts and analysis for claims, identifying through analysis. You will supply cost of ownership data to the sales team and deliver timely production of applicable documentation.
Tasks & Responsibilities will include;
- Analysis of field service failures with link into predictive modelling
- Analysis of spares consumption Actual v Prediction
- Creation of Recommended Spares Part Lists (RSPLs), Maintenance Planning Documents (MPDs) and 1 to 20 year Spares Usage Forecasts
- Creation of Preventative Maintenance Document (PMD)
- Identify key risk areas via analysis of ISI database
- Produce analysis in support of Guaranteed Direct Maintenance Cost (GDMC) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) documents for NPI bids
A-level in Maths
Engineering Related Degree or equivalent/experience (Must be able to understand engineering drawings)
Computer Skills (Including MS Excel, Modelling Software)
Data Analysis
