Embrace Wolverhampton Sexual Health service is an integrated service. It provides contraception and sexual health services to the local population of Wolverhampton. We are a service with high standards of excellence and offer an environment which encourages innovation and new ways of working.
Opportunity exist for Registered Adult nurse with or without experience in Sexual Health. To provide treatments, advice, microscopy, under take clinical procedures and health promotion to service users. Training will be provided and further development available to the right candidate.
The right candidate needs to be an excellent communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, students and colleagues. Experience of working with young people within sexual health clinics is desirable and car owners preferred.
Reporting to the Senior Sister Louise Arliss you will be employed to undertake clinical sessions at Sexual Health clinic, building 3, West Park Hospital and various outreach clinics across Wolverhampton. For newly qualified nurses the Trust provides 12 months preceptorship programme which the department fully supports.
