Wild are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Team Leader, this role with be to lead, motivate and develop a team of advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing escalations
Have a good understanding of the regulatory processes in place
Carry out quality assurance checks
Roll out new processes and be a customer service ambassador
Recruit and on-board new employees
Monitor and manage team activity
Lead and support a team
Contribute to new business ideas to improve the customer service experience
Work closely with the Team Manager to help improve any processes
Experience:
- Managerial experience within an office environment
You will need to be proactive and driven to want the best out of a team
You will be motivated and a self-starter who likes to be hands on and get involved with all aspects of the department
Experience coaching and developing a team
Previously managed complaints
Worked in a FCA regulated role
