About the Trust
We’re a community and mental health trust, providing a wide range of services to people of all ages living in Berkshire. And to do this, we employ approximately 4,500 staff who operate from our many sites as well as out in people’s homes and in various community settings.
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Access requests placed on the hospital Intranet and via the telephone system voicemail and convert to work requests as necessary.
· Input feedback information in respect of the Facilities Management Information System (MiCad).
· Interface with clients on a personal basis to achieve a good repartee, maintain goodwill and develop a quality service.
· Be prepared to attend training sessions/seminars in order to improve skills for the benefit of the Trust.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Computer literate and knowledge of MS Office.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience of working in a call centre/Helpline environment.
· Previous office experience.
· Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
