We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to become part of the Cameron Ventures Hotels team to work in our Kitchen at the Park Hotel in Diss.
Job Summary
To cook meals to customer's requirements from our existing menus.
Skills
A good understanding of Food provision including mise en place and service standards. Ability to carry out any task when given appropriate training. Ability to communicate well as part of a team.
Core Work Activities may include but not limited to:
· Preparing and Cooking Breakfasts
· Preparing and Cooking our lunch menu or conference buffet
· · Mise en place for all shifts
... Preparing and cooking evening meals from existing menus.
· Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
· Ensure all HACCAP procedures are adhered to
· Light Kitchen Porter duties
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.50 per hour
