Pertemps Managed Solutions has been engaged by a leading FMCG company to find a new addition to their team. We are looking to hire a Junior Project Manager to help with a UK wide packaging standardisation project. This is a great opportunity to take the first steps within a global business.
Responsibilities:
Leads the roll-out of a project which involves standardising all packaging across suppliers into the factory.
Clearly communicates with all levels of stakeholders to drive effectiveness (corporate, global & local/ inside Commercial & with other functions).
Drives transparency by actively managing risks as well as implementing clear escalation procedures.
Aligns and communicates updates within Commercial.
Is an expert in project / program / change management good practice
Ensures knowledge management and transfers learnings & best practices across the relevant teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience within project management, specifically within a manufacturing/logistics setting
Any European language next to English is a benefit
Experience with SAP
