Office Administrator
30 hours per week
NMW for Age Group
Our Office Administrator will assist the HR manager and Business Continuity & Risk Manager to ensure Goodwin remains compliant within all relevant laws and regulations.
The role will include:

Manage Goodwin’s recruitment process from start to finish. Including completion of pre-employment checks (Right to work and DBS).

Produce reports for managers when required

Maintain and manage company information to ensure all remains up to date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Maintain and organise Goodwin’s legal database for Commercial and Residential properties ensuring buildings remain compliant.

Assist the Business Continuity & Risk manager with Audits and any required preparation

Maintain Goodwin’s third-party Health and Safety software.
To be successful in this role you will:

Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
