Located on Covent Garden’s Drury Lane with 141 rooms, two cocktail bars, rooftop terrace and a signature restaurant, it’s our first international destination, adding to our portfolio of eight hotels in Berlin, one in Munich, and one in Düsseldorf.
We are seeking a driven and passionate Front Office Night Receptionist to join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden.
About the role
Ensure a memorable and personalised experience is delivered to all our guests from arrival to departure
Handle check-in, check-out and manage guest requests promptly
Assist the Night Manager with Night Audit running
Promote hotel services and facilities
Liaise with all departments and communicate effectively with other teams
About you:
Previous experience as a Receptionist in the hotel industry preferable
Friendly and positive can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
Flexibility to respond to a variety of guest requests and different work situations

Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00 per year
