ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for ambitious sales talent to win, deliver and manage key new customers for CU UKI. The UK & Ireland is a market packed with opportunity for E/// innovative products and services to help enable and transform businesses, across mobile operators and service providers through to government, public, private and mission critical sectors.
As an E/// Account Manager, not only are you critical to E/// success, but you have the chance to shape opinions and impact trends through direct customer engagement to lead, drive and collaborate on their transformation journey; building relationships with key influencers and the stakeholders to ensure E/// is the winning partner of choice. You will be responsible for the mobilization and management of internal resources to deliver efficient, effective end to end solutions and resources to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.
Our business is complex, and Account Management requires the knowledge of our product and solution portfolio, ranging from Radio, Core Network, Operational and Business Support Systems and Private Networks combined with the ability to gain an excellent understanding of our customers’ business, their strategic requirements and key partnerships. The role can be focused on selling a specific part of the E/// portfolio or targeting a broader transformation of a customer’s business area and legacy technology investment.
Knowledge of Public Sector, Central Government, Critical National infrastructure and Defence specific communication requirements and procurement models would be very valuable. As would experience with relevant specialist & system integrator partnerships needed to build the ecosystems required be advantageous.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- achieve or exceed targets on revenue, profitability and collection, contributing to healthy growth of E/// business in CU, MA and BA.
- primary interface with our customers to ensure a close partnership where you understand their needs, find solutions to their challenges and be a thought leader contributing to their future technology strategy resulting in new investment with E///
- orchestrate our business, our stakeholders to engage with prospective customers. Partners across the UKI market to pursue new opportunities to deliver end to end solutions based on your insights and/or products and services based on specific requirements!
- fulfil account manager responsibilities post sale, setting up and leading customer meetings, taking part in solution and pricing strategy meetings and being responsible for professional and timely customer correspondence.
YOU WILL BRING
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Business Administration or similar,
- Strong market insight, consultative selling, commercial understanding and negotiation skills
- 5 years of experience in a relationship led sales/business focused role, 5 years of sales experience in ICT industry
- Analytical skills, quick apprehension and fact-based decision making
- Leadership experience and a great collaborator, working with empathy and humanness,
- Being an ambitious technology enthusiast is a must, determined to learn and develop
