We are seeking a Commis Chef (see our Food Preparation Assistant job description) to join our team and assist in the preparation of tasty and nutritious meals for our customers.
As Commis Chef you will work alongside our Chef de Parties to consistently deliver high standards of quality and food presentation whilst working to strict margins. Having excellent organizational skills and impeccable time management is a must. You must have a competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene and company specifications. Previous experience as a Commis Chef is desirable.
This post is based at our Glenside Campus which is set within beautiful grounds in Stapleton, just three miles north east of Bristol City Centre. Regular bus services link the campus to the main Frenchay site, the city centre and surrounding areas, and nearby Bristol Parkway train station.

This is permanent, term time only post, working 30 hours per week for 34 weeks of the year. The salary shown reflects this working pattern.
