Document Controller required team to support the ever-growing projects team to prepare and publish documentation, as well as coordinating the storage, organisation and sharing of information.
This role offers you the chance to develop your project delivery and data management skills for a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.

Work collaboratively with the projects teams, Thames’ Water assurance teams and asset integrators

Support and train staff on the MMB Business Management System (BMS) document control and Thames Water’s TWEXnet.

Contribute to improving the Framework Management Plan, Digital Plan and the BMS.

Set up project filing structures in Microsoft SharePoint and establish incoming and outgoing documentation processes; monitor and support the project teams to comply with the processes.
