Your role and responsibilities
As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall clinical leadership of the hospital. You will have a passion for delivering excellence in clinical care and outcomes for our patients, outstanding service to our clients and colleagues in general practice, and the best possible support for our team. You will drive a positive culture in the veterinary team, leading by example with excellent communication skills and ensuring collaborative and effective working relationships across the hospital and across the wider Linnaeus group.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced veterinary surgeon who is passionate about driving excellence in clinical standards and leading and developing a highly respected veterinary team. Ideally, you will be a certificate holder in a relevant discipline and have experience in managing a veterinary team in a referral setting or a large primary care practice. Extensive support, training and coaching will be provided for all aspects of the role.
