Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced window and door administrator/order processor to join our team. The right candidate will have current or recent experience order processing windows and doors on software such as Window Designer or similar software.
In this role you will be responsible for the organisation and control of customer orders to ensure that each one is processed accurately and in a timely fashion. You will be dealing with customer enquiries and checking information. You will also be expected on occasions to support the team in other administrative duties as required.
The role:
- Processing order for Jobs and Stock.
- Gathering information for quotes for jobs/leads
- Getting quotes from suppliers for Jobs, stock & parts for orders.
- Assist with Trade processing.
- Chasing late/ missing deliveries.
- Manage and reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time.
- Working hours are, 08:00-17:00
The candidate:
- Experience within the window industry minimum of 1 year.
- Must have experience using either Window Designer or similar order processing systems
- Has current or recent experience order processing windows and doors is a must, in UPVC, Aluminium and Wood.
- Keen eye for accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage own workload
- Good communication and customer service experience
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills will be needed along with a good standard of IT Proficiency.
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis after a three month trial. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
