Our Brand and Communications team plays a vital role in the incredible work we do, conveying our message to possible donors across the UK and increasing the volume of donations so we can do more life saving work for our patients. As a Brand Communications Studio Assistant, youll be at the heart of this work. Providing day to day support to the Brand Communications department, youll assist with the management of financial processes and records, reporting on financial positions, monitoring stock levels of printed materials, and liaising with a wide range of colleagues, designers, distributers, organisations, and printers. Maintaining the image library and supporting current work requests, youll be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all administrative systems to ensure the communications department has what it needs to run smoothly and effectively. Working hours will be 30 hours working 7.5 hours per day Monday to Thursday.
