We have a great opportunity for a dynamic, talented, self-motivated, and focused individual to join our team to provide first class support to the Executive Team. You will have significant experience of working as a PA at Executive or Director level and be able to work autonomously providing a full range of high-level support, including complex diary management, effective prioritisation and have working experience of supporting meetings and be able to accurately take and transcribe minutes.
The Role
-
Supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with day-to-day duties
-
Providing extensive calendar and inbox management for the ELT
-
Support with drafting meeting agendas and minute taking at monthly team meetings and the monthly ELT team meeting.

Track action items and key issues to closure with a high degree of integrity and accountability.

Ensure that the ELT are on top of, and working on, the organization's most important priorities.

Partner with the ELT and CEO's EA in building a collaborative working environment, exercising good judgment and professionalism

Partner with the ELT to ensure execution and reporting aligned to the strategy and objectives.

Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs.

Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed.

Assist with drafting of presentations and other documents as required.
The Person
-
Proven experience as an Executive Team Assistant in a fast-moving environment, supporting multiple senior leaders at C-Suite level.

Extensive minute-taking experience at a senior level.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint / Teams).

Exceptional judgment and discretion regarding information, which may be confidential, material and/or non-public.

Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organisational skills.

Able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity.
