Operational Effectiveness Support - Salary up to £31,300 (Depending on skills and experience)
We are looking for a confident Operational Effectiveness Support to support and embed a positive risk culture within the Ret Ops Area (Pension Transfer, Retirement Centre, Equity Release & Individual Annuities). You will focus on the ways we prevent risks from happening, alongside effective management of risks when they occur.
A bit about the job:
In this varied position, you will support different teams with specialist knowledge on Risk & Controls and ISRE management and undertake root cause analysis and control testing to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
A strong communicator , you will embed knowledge and support everyone to understand the importance of risk and the role they play.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in risk and control environment
Attention to detail and finding issues
Able to interpret and communicate data analysis
Strong stakeholder management and ability to take the business on a journey
Retirement Operations Product knowledge
