About the Team
The DMT is a friendly, fast moving, close knit team who are always on the look out for new talent. We are responsible for driving the new customer Acquisition for Ocado Retail and are always looking for innovative ways to do this, ideas for creative concepts and A/B testing and love analysing the numbers behind our reports. We cover a huge range of specialties and regularly share findings and learnings as a whole team, so all channels can benefit from our findings and develop their wider DMT skillset.
The Role/Profile
Ocado is looking for a Digital Marketing Print & Influencer Executive to join the ever expanding digital marketing team across all digital marketing disciplines.
As the Digital Marketing Print & Influencer Executive, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and help support digital marketing strategy and execution across biddable media with a focus on Print and Influencers. You will also be able to get exposure to PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates and Partnerships. Working with considerable budgets, you will help create award winning, highly innovative marketing initiatives to support brand marketing & performance led goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading key Acquisition and Retention marketing campaigns and trade calendar planning briefing and communication across Print and Influencer Digital Marketing and the wider business to ensure 360, holistic campaigns
- Supporting Head of Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Lead with strategy planning, budgeting and execution as well as BAU activities
- Creative asset management for digital marketing team, working closely with channel owners, creative, brand teams
- Reporting, measurement and insights, including platform level data, attribution modelling & MMM
- Supporting channel owners in their marketing activities
- Helping manage agency relationships and any third parties
- Researching new partners, ways of working, competitor activity, latest innovations
