Shearer Associates are delighted to be partnering exclusively with this interesting, diverse and philanthropic investment business in the recruitment of a Financial Analyst. As part of a small and highly professional team, this is an opportunity for the right candidate to be involved with a wide range of varied project work alongside daily duties.Responsibilities include
- Management reporting on institutional investments
- Management reporting for our regular quarterly boards
- Design, develop and improvements in financial reporting
- Analysis of data collected from various sources (inc investment managers, custodian)
- Maintenance and creation of internal databases and processes
- Working closely with investment managers to collate and critique performance against Investment Policy benchmarks
- Manage and produce flexible reporting on a growing and diversifying investment base
- Production of ad hoc reports for the board and senior management team
- Manage and develop improvement measures to provide efficiencies
- Work to automate where appropriate
- Work closely with third party platforms and partners
- Assistance as required with traditional financial accounting (statutory accounts etc.)

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
