Customer Relationship Manager
Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
At NorseCare, part of Norse Group we have a fantastic opportunity for an engaging individual passionate about delivering a quality service within a target driven environment to join our team.
Working closely with the operational teams within the homes you will develop strong relationships with prospective residents and their families acting as the initial point of contact, from enquiry to admission, taking complete ownership of sales within NorseCare establishments.
We are recruiting for this position on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with some opportunity for hybrid working.
Main Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining the enquiry management system, using this data effectively to promote NorseCare
- Monitoring sales data ensuring NorseCare are on track to meet targets and taking further action as required, including providing regular reports for Commercial Manager
- Working closely with other expert colleagues to implement customer service and sales training and coaching for Home Managers and their teams
- Engaging with potential residents, providing full insight into what life living with NorseCare could like look, including home tours as requested
- Proactively seeking marketing opportunities liaising with the Commercial Manager and Group Marketing Team
Our Successful Candidate:
You will have significant previous experience working within a sales or customer service role alongside;
- GCSE grade C or above or equivalent in three subjects including Maths and English, with excellent ICT working knowledge
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain a sales pipeline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks through utilising your organisational skills whilst meeting set KPI’s and targets
- Full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements of the role
