Job Introduction
We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Lancashire Young People and Families Service based in Lancaster. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Team Support worker to play a vital part in delivering impeccable customer service to our service users for HCRG Care Group.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours, fixed term for 12 months with a salary of £21,000 FT. It is perfect for someone who is looking for that work/life balance as the role also offers flexibility to work from home and at our base. Main Responsibilities
- Booking in Clinicians appointment
- Making any MDT referrals for all disciplines in the locality
- Networking across the service and liaise with other locality admin staff
- To respect confidentiality for any work undertaken and have the ability to use own initiative and work within deadlines, with minimum supervision, while maintaining a flexible approach
- Ensure clinical equipment is serviced as per guidelines and liaise with the admin team leader to ensure the asset register is updated
- Under direction of the team leader order equipment and resources via the procurement system and Page Engine
- Keep team electronic folders up to date and in good order

The desirable candidate for this role will be friendly, polite, enthusiastic and enjoy working in an exciting role.
Our new team member will have excellent time management and be able to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
Lastly the candidate is professional over the phone and is able to build relationships with families.
